Child-Friendly Features
• While you shop, children can spend time in our play area where
they can watch a movie, read a book, or play with our very popular train
table.
• Need to change a diaper or nurse the baby while in our store? We
provide a changing table stocked with diapers and wipes in case you forgot
your own and a comfortable nursing chair for those times baby just can’t
wait.
• A cozy dressing area is available to ensure you choose just the
right size!

Our
Grow With Me Club, Birthday Club, Grandparents Club, and Parents-to-be Club
allow you to take advantage of special membership discounts and free gifts
(please see our Grow With Me Clubs page)!
Convenient Selling Policies
We
offer both buy outright and consignment options for selling your items.
And if you can’t wait while we check-in your merchandise, you can
use our convenient Drop & Run system. You may also donate items to our
Autism consignment account (please see our Selling To Us page).
Easy Returns or Exchanges
We
understand that sometimes you may change your mind about an item after it
is purchased. We are happy to provide a full refund or exchange within 10
days with a receipt and original tags still attached. We cannot accept returns
on clearance items.
Autism Awareness Corner
We
are so happy to be able to provide funding to such wonderful organizations
as the Ann Arbor Autism Foundation and the Autism Society of Washtenaw County.
Please look for our “Autism Awareness Corner” that provides
brochures on these organizations and updated information on the amount of
money we have raised to date for the Foundation. We would love to use this
corner to provide families of children with autism other resources such
as contact names for playgroups, business cards of therapists, etc., so
please talk to us and let us know how we can make this area most useful.
